“Simple salad ” is as simple as it sounds to be . This is your way to good health. It is a power-house of antioxidants. This salad is my easiest way out to satisfy hunger at odd hours.

Simple Salad : –
Ingredients – (Makes 2-3 servings )
– Carrot – 1 big
– Cucumber – 1 small
– Tomatoes – 1 medium size
– Beet root – 1/3 cup diced.
– Spring onion stalk (1/4th cup, chopped)
– Garlic (optional, just for the health factor, 1-2 cloves chopped)
– Fresh dill or coriander leaves
– Chaat masala, salt, red chilli powder, salt
– Lemon juice or apple cider vinegar (1 tsp for dressing)
Mix all the above mentioned ingredients and dress with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Enjoy it chilled or as it is. Simple as it sounds!
