  • Hello mam, as u know i have uric acid and i started to take low fat skim milk, pasta to limit my protein intake and despite of this whenever I am having these I got uric acid flare up in my toes.         • take a soup bowl and fix it for all 1 bowl foods like pulav, rice and dal , khichadi , oats etc . stick with 2 rotis. as long as you feel satisfied after having food and not overloaded and immediately want to doze off, you are haveing the right quantity as per body'need.

    • moderate amount of soyabean will not harm. actualy soya beans have purines too, but it supports purine excretion also , hence it is not associated with uric acid elimination. However, it will not reduce the uric acid level . u can eat it if you like , but not as a part of treatment

    Thank you for your helpful recipes and diet charts. I want to lose 4 to 5 lbs, I am currently 113 lbs and 5'3'' height, have always weighed 108-110 lbs throughout my life. Should I go for Intermittent fasting Diet or a 1200 calorie diet?

    Also, I have intolerance with flaxseeds, every time I tried I had bloating issues. is there anything else that I should try?

    • Hi Sushant, well personally i feel 7-10 calories difference should not really matter .. please dont become so calorie concious. there is no fixed calories , things change baed on the size of egg as well..
