The Cambridge Diet is a set weight loss program that recommends pre-packed low calorie meals with counselling by an expert. It is a very low calorie diet (VLCD). It also offers branded shakes, soups, bars and porridge. These products can be used as replacers for fast weight loss or combined with meals for a gradual weight loss.

The last stage is known as the maintenance phase. Once you achieve your target weight you start with stage 6 of cambridge diet plan. The last stage plans a balanced and healthy diet for the client. In this stage the consultant recommends at least 1 diet product daily for better effect.
