The Cambridge weight plan consultant guides throughout this stage of what can be included and what cannot. The client can follow this stage as long as he wants.
The last stage is known as the maintenance phase. Once you achieve your target weight, you start with stage 6 of the Cambridge diet plan. The last stage plans a balanced and healthy diet for the client. In this stage, the consultant recommends at least 1 diet product daily for better results.
