mustard seeds have goitrogenic properties and hence directly they should be avoided. however , when consuming mustard seeds oil , when you cook it in high temperature , some goitrogens are dedicated . hence you should never used it raw , and can sometime use it for cooking . however , over consumption is not safe in thyroid

You are not really very overweight , why do you want to follow any diet that is not balanced nutritionally .. It is best that you do not follow keto ..
