    We heard that diary products should be avoided in MS

      Hi Durgesh, thanks for reading at dietburrp. in MS, the diet is mostly based on the symptoms of the patients. dairy products are not a ” NO ” for all , but if the symptoms are related to the dairy product intake , i.e. the saturated fat of dairy product, then certain products are asked to be avoided.

      if the symptoms are severe, then you must take a personalized diet to get an wholesome and personalized diet tips.
