What is the Indian Version of the Cambridge Weight Plan?

The Cambridge Diet is a set weight loss program that recommends pre-packed low-calorie meals with counselling by an expert. It is a very low-calorie diet (VLCD). It also offers branded shakes, soups, bars, and porridge. These products can be used as replacements for fast weight loss or combined with meals for a gradual weight loss.

It varies from 415 to 1500 calories as per the individual’s weight loss targets, gender, and tolerance. The diet offers a diet pill with a meal replacement shake, which aims to reduce appetite for hours and burn fat.

These products are not readily available in India. You need to get in touch with the Cambridge weight plan consultant. These consultants select the best plan suitable for your goals. You can find registered Cambridge weight plan consultants online.

How does the Indian Version of the Cambridge Weight Plan work?

The consultant and the client discuss their personal weight loss goals and accordingly select a weight loss plan. The consultant gives one-to-one counselling, support, motivation, and encouragement throughout the journey of weight loss. The weight loss journey starts with preparation, weight loss, stabilisation, and long-term weight management.

The products used are very low in calories. But these are nutritionally balanced. These products, on ingestion, initiate mild ketosis in the body. Ketosis generally speeds up weight loss, as it uses all fat stores for energy. The amount of weight loss required decides what you can eat.
