Boiled potato and apple salad

This delicious boiled potato and apple salad is a perfect snack for pre-workout and post-workout nutrition. Super easy to make and super yum to taste! Here is the full recipe of boiled potato and apple salad.

Other variations include substituting potato with sweet potato. Sweetpotato is good for weight loss and a healthier option to choose against the potato. This simple salad is not only tasty but super easy to make and come with a bonus of health.

This salad is also a good option to select while following the GM diet. Day 3 of the GM diet requires you to eat boiled potatoes with butter. Here is a detailed Indian version of the GM diet.  This salad is also a perfect fit for other  diet plans used for weight loss. whether it is a 1200 calorie diet plan for weight loss or a 1400 calorie weight loss diet plan. This salad is also suitable if you are following Intermittent fasting pattern of diet for health.

Preparation time 5 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes

Boiled potato and apple salad: –

Ingredients –  (Makes 1 serving )

– Boiled potatoes, 2 medium, cut cubes

– Apple – 1 big, wash and cut cubes

– Coriander leaves, chopped, 1 tbsp

– Chaat masala, red chili flakes, roasted jeera powder

– Salt and lemon juice to taste

– Pizza seasoning

Procedure –

Mix all the above-mentioned ingredients to make this yummy boiled potato and apple salad

You can eat it cold or as it is.

  • Can I have barley water with lemon juice in it, during the GM diet.. I am trying this diet for the first time and today is my only fruit day.. I need to loose 35 kgs.. also I am on anti fungal medication and also take anti stress pills along with calcium and vitamin pills for my very severe lower back pain.. kindly help..

    • this diet is not recommended with anti stress pills. it may cause acidity . please be very careful. barley water is ok for you to have because with so many medications , you would need it .

    BMI :-19.5
