Foods to eat – At the end of day 3, you would feel very light and you would have lost some good weight too. You are allowed to eat some extra fruits and veggies in order to feel full. You can even have some soup. But remember, finishing 4 glasses of milk and the mentioned quantity of banana is mandatory.
Best food picks – You can interchange bananas with 4-5 medium mangoes if they are in season. Mix your banana with milk and make a smoothie out of it to enjoy the day. If you are not very fond of banana smoothies, then make a smoothie with any other fruit and have banana separately.
Foods to avoid – everything other than the specified food.

Important tips to follow while on Indian Non Vegetarian GM Diet Plan for Weight Loss:
- Experts suggest that you should supplement the GM diet with a regular workout regime. It takes only 10 minutes of workout every day to keep your body’s metabolism at a satisfactory rate which would, in turn, boost your weight loss process. However, make sure that you engage in low-intensity exercises such as yoga or lightweight workouts as you will be having less energy supply due to reduced intake of carbohydrates during the one-week plan.
- Diets that bring drastic changes may cause drastic negative impacts as well. Therefore, you should take appropriate preparatory measures to withstand the GM diet. You should be able to overcome obstacles that may appear in the form of excess sweating, occasional cravings, and momentary weakness. These are feelings that may affect you right on the very first day or even on the second day of this 7-day diet plan. Train your mind and imagine what you are going to achieve at the end of the 7-day regime. This way, you can overcome occasional cravings and binge eating habits.
- Consider drinking 8-10 glasses of water every day. This way, you will not only overcome cravings but will also allow your body to boost its metabolic rate. Besides, water flushes out excess toxins from the body and aids in getting rid of water weight. If you are not taking proper precautions while following this diet you may suffer from muscle pain and weakness, increase in body temperatures and general discomfort or uneasiness. Fortunately, you can overcome all these problems by drinking adequate water and staying hydrated.
- It feels really nice if you combine “lal paani” with chicken. Isn’t it? Alcohol lovers are aware of the magic that alcohol and chicken combos can create. However, alcohol consumption is a strict No-No if you are on a 7-day GM diet regime. Alcohol aids in water retention and this prevents the effect of the diet from showing up. So you may end up weighing the same after the 7-day period is over.
