- Bhujangasana (Cobra pose):

- Gowmukhasana (Cow pose):
This posture works on the upper part of the body. To perform this asana, sit in lotus pose. Lift right leg and place it on the left leg. Keep your right knee on left knee. Lift your left arm parallel to left ear and fold backward towards the shoulder blade. Fold right arm from below and take it towards the left shoulder blade. Try interlocking palms of both hands. Repeat the pose similarly at the opposite side.
- Ushtrasana (Camel pose):
Sit in vajrasana. Lift your body up balancing the weight on knees. Bend backward. Try to hold the right ankle with a right hand and left ankle with the left hand. Lift the buttock up making an arch and drop your head down and backward. Remain in this pose for few seconds and repeat again for 1 or 2 times.
- Vrikshasana (Tree Pose):
Stand straight on the floor. Lift your left leg and place it on the right thigh. Inhale and join your hands in above the head. Stay there for a few seconds and then release the pose. Repeat in the same way on the opposite side.
- Dwikonasana:
Stand straight with the feet apart. Lock the hands behind the back. Slowly bend forward and lift the locked arms simultaneously towards the sky. Do not bend the knee. Stay in this pose for 20 to 30 seconds and then release the pose.
Exercises That Increase Breast Size Naturally :
Exercises help in building the pectoral muscles, the glandular and fat tissue in the breasts. These exercises tone the breast muscles and make it firm.
- Push-ups:
Place both your palms on the floor, with both arms and feet shoulder-width apart. Lower down yourself by bending your elbow, and then push yourself up again. Other types of push-ups to have a similar effect. They are,

hi mam. I took fenugreek seeds powder 2 times a day with water in past 2014 year. atleast 3 months and I saw great difference. but from that time I got one problem that my stool bleeds. not too much just a spot or a dash.then I stopped fenugreek consumption. I had a problem of constipation from many years. recently I took fenugreek seeds powder soaked just for one minute then I drank it. after this my stool again bleeds. I m worry what to do. Is this bleeding only after taking Fenugreek seed ? or any other food too ? you can try making powder of it and gulping it down with water in the morning. if this suit you then continue this way , or else ou can choose for the pueraria mirifica extract .
