  • I am 38years old man with BMI of 29. I have gained weight in the last few years due to chronic pain. I have been diagnosed with Pre Diabetes. I tried to loose weight with quitting sugar or sweets but I find it hard to resist.
    I am Lacto- vegetarian , Lactose intolerant and have digestion issues at times.
