Hi Ankit , actuall if you have to repeat keto for 2 months , we follow each week plan for 15 days … now that you are already om week 4 , going to week 1 will halt your weight loss. so its best that you follow between week 3 and week 4 chats only

if you start eating carbs you will be out of ketosis , however , if you do so without calculations , you will gain back all the weight. hence it is best that you include carbs slowly and steadily in your diet. check this – https://www.dietburrp.com/what-to-eat-after-keto-diet-how-to-maintain-weight-after-indian-keto-diet/

      Hi Swati ,

for any person who has hormonal issues , you can follow the keto diet only for short term , or else it will further spoil your levels . so use keto diet only for a month not more than that

The way the material is being presented is really helpful to your subscribers! This is really helpful to all beginners so they can make the most out of the dieting experience and avoid all the setbacks as possible. It’s very educational especially for those starting out their keto journey like me. And I love you mushroom egg salad recipe! I want to try that out!

My cousin was the one who introduced me to ketogenic diet. At first, I was a bit skeptical about it and thought of it more as fad. But when I saw the significant changes in his body, I was motive even more and I became a believer!

    Dear Payal,

Is ketogenic diet safe if someone is having high blood uric acid level? I have high uric acid, and the doctor has asked me to avoid many items which are used a lot in keto diet like eggs, tomato, spinach, mushrooms etc.

      Hi Samik ,

uric acid is produced more if you eat foods that have purine .. and unfortunately most foods that you need to eat in keto diet are high on purine .. so keto is better avoided in your case .. you should have more balanced low cal diet . if you wish to lose weight , you can subscribe to our personalized diet plan and we will plan an appropriate diet chart for you based on your food preferences , timings and health conditions.

Your body must have gotten used to the exercises and walking you do and now adjusts to whatever little calories you are intaking. this happens in a lot of cases where despite all efforts you don’t lose a bit. breaking this plateau requires a lot of patience …. here is what you can do …….. exercise wise – stop doing what you are already doing for a week … and then you surprise your body with a new activity ..
for ex – you have been walking all these days, so now change your activity to swimming / Zumba dancing/skating/ gyming / playing badminton or lawn tennis … whatever suits you best. tai chi and kickboxing and pilates work excellently in such cases., I know it’s hard to find time and availability of such sports around you .. but if you want to get there .. you need to find harder !!
