  • Hi,
    I am 42 years old and had mi-cardiatis in 2015. Since then I am taking heart and blood pressure medications(Ramipril and Bisoprolol).
    I was 207 lb in 2017 and then lost about 50 pounds with strict dieting but it all came back now.
    I am 93 kgs again now and wanted to loose weight.
    can you please suggest.

  • Hi Payal!

    Due to depression and stress plus my recklessness. I have gain tremendous weight. I used to be 70kg 2yrs back and now I am close to 105kg. My height is 5'10 and I am 35yrs old.
    Can you please advice if I can follow above diet and what are other variables for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You mentioned tea without sugar but I am coffee drinker without sugar.
    I also have rheumatoid arthritis.
