Can there really be some ย Indian vegetarian foods for bodybuilding that would support your muscle gain efforts? Seems a bit unrealistic, but yes, itโ€™s true. The success of your muscle building efforts does not only depend on protein intake, but also on the consumption of appropriate quantities of other nutrients including vitamins, carbs, healthy fats, and minerals.

Carbohydrates break down into glucose during digestion and glucose provides the maximum energy to drive cell function. At least 50- 60 percent of your daily calorie intake should be facilitated through the consumption of complex carbohydrates.

When to consume Brown Rice for bodybuilding:

The best time to take Brown Rice for bodybuilding is as a pre-workout Meal. (For ex. if you exercise in the evening at around 4.00 pm, have brown rice for lunch. )

The best time to take Yogurt for bodybuilding is as a pre-workout snack and mid-meal snack.

Is that ok to add brown rice for lunch ?
Because i go for jym by 9:30 am everyday.

And also suggest how much paneer should be consumed per day.

yes you can have brown rice for lunch . consumption of paneer depends upon how many total grams of protein you are having in your diet . you can have upto 500 gms of paneer if you are a vegetarian and are consuming a high cal and high protein diet

you can have it in limitations . dont worry . whether soya nbean is efective for men is still a matter of argument . hence practice limititaion and have in limited amount to be on a safer side . 80 gms chunks is ok .

My Age is 34 and height is 5 feet 10 inches. I have belly fats and because of that started gym.

My first target to reduce belly fat and than muscles.

Do you think that have to wait for belly fats burns and than start to consume protein in my diet. or have to start protein in my diet and it will not affect in burning my belly fat.

trying using the food items mentioned above . too much protein can realy give you acnes . so if you are sensitive to them then its better avoided , or first start working out intensively and then add gainers to your routine.
