I'm 34 years old. Height 5"11 and weight 92 Kg. I followed Keto diet for 1 month and I was able to reduce weight from 100 to 88kg. However after leaving Keto since my desire for normal food has increased I've again gained 4 Kgs.
Now due to injuries I am unable to workout and not wiling to start Keto again because of weak willpower and side effects.

Currently i am on this diet plan for about 10 days
6 am : lukewarm lemonwater
7 am: coconut water
9 am: 3 boiled eggs,10 almonds,cup of green tea
12 noon: 3 boiled eggs,1 apple or guava,green tea a cup
3 pm:apple and green tea
6 pm: a glass of milk
8 pm : raw vegetables(cucumber,tomato,cabbage,broccoli), any of fruit,1 glass butter milk,1 cup oatmeal
Height:170 cm
Weight:81 kg
Age:23 years
Should i continue this diet for more than 2 weeks ?
Or i should add roti and cooked subji in this and make it about 1500 kcal?

This diet looks good as of now. follow it till you continue to lose weight. once the weight becomes constant , you can change lunch and have complex carbs like daliya , bajra roti , jowar roti etc ..

3:00pm 1 glass juice (4 tomato+1 beet root+1 cucumber)
4:30 pm apple /banana+1 glass bottle gurd juice
5 to 8 again workout(jogging /walking /cycling /some yoga /)
9 Pm :Milk warm with 1 tsp huldi
and daily 10 glass water boiled

the diet is good , but is better to have 1 roti / bajra/ jowar / ragi / mix flour instead of kellogs K which is highty processed food. have this roti with lots an lots of veggies . increase your fruit intake .
