    I am diabitic, type 2. 40 days ago i faced some neurological issues and was admitted in AIIMS Delhi for 18 days. now i am being given oral steriods and tuberoclosis medicines. please suggest me a diet plan. i am pure vegetarion, non drinker and non smoker.

  • Hii my husband is having diabetes he is on medication. His height is 5.8" n weight is 80. He stopped all sugary items rice etc but not able to control the portions of meal like he wants minimum 5medium roti. And after having dinner he feels hungry in 1-2hrs. How to control his eating portions???

  • Hi l have undergone renal transplant surgery in October 2018 for esrd5 due to chronic diabetic nephropathy & hypertension. Now on steroids & immunosuppressive treatment.
    Also taking Insulin & oral antidiabetic s. Finding difficult to maintain normal blood sugar.& To control weight.
    Please suggest a workable vegetarian diet plan to manage sugar & weight.

I dunt have any ready plan for your requirements. however, it seems you need a day to day dietary support, it will be best if you can take help from a registered dietician in your locality, as she will need to monitor your day to day blood sugar levels and other blood test reports and then plan a diet based on it.
