    6:40 3 chappatis along with curd and sabji
    7:30 grains
    8:00 1/2L cow milk
    14:00 boild chickpeas+ kidney beans
    18:30 moong sprout
    19:00 peanuts
    workout

    Hi Pradeep . what is your current weight and height and age ? protein intake loooks less then requirement.

    Age- 28 year
    weight- 63kg
    height- 5feet 2inch
