  • Hello Ma'am,

I am 28 yrs old, 166 cm and my weight is 97 kg. I've put on alot of weight recently and plan on starting my workout in a week or 2. I plan on weight loss first and then later on if its possible to focus on muscle building. So I just wanted to know if it's okay to stick to paleo in the beginning for the weight loss and later shift to something like keto during the muscle building. Also I would like to know what my ideal weight should be. Lastly, I'm used to having a cup of Tea morning and evening, so is it okay if i continue that during the diet or should it be avoided. Thank you in advance.
