  • Hi am 43 years I do night shift from 7.30pm to 4.30am and I go to sleep after 8.30am after sending kids to school. Am not sure what to eat and drink. No proper time or diet chart. I have gained weight. Please help me with diet chart and timings to eat. Am vegetarian
