What is Spirulina? Where does it come from? And how does it help us ?  let us  find out.

  • Spirulina is a green-blueish color algae also called as Arthrospira.
  • Spirulina was found on our planet 3.5 million years ago.
  • It is a treasure house of micro-nutrients.
  • Owing to spirulina’s high protein content, it is touted as one of the best Super foods.

    I’ve been using Spirulina for a year and have experienced good results from it. You have described it beautifully.
    I would just like to add a small point that people should not be dependent on this for the given nutrients. We should consume all types of healthy foods that are available for overall nutrition.

    Hi Payal,
    Any recommended brand for Spirulina in India. Also can we give it to 12-year old boy since he is in sports and need some stamina.
