3 year ago I have followed a diet plan with workout session and that worked too but once I got busy I couldn’t find time and Wight loss again..
Now I want to grin again. Your diet plan seems good.
But I have some queries if I go to workout at 6 morning can I have banana shake after workout and then breakfast after 2 hours. Will it have any adverse effect if I get to sleep for one hour after workout. Also I feel my digestive system is not so good. And I am taking JHANDU PANCHARISHT for that. Will it work or any tonic . coz when I eat banana n milk together I have some issues like GAS …

sleeping after workout is ok for weight gain. jhandu pancharist is also ok . if digestion doesnt get better and if the weight does not increase you may then think of tonic , otherwise not much needed.
