      Hello Mam,

Thank you for reading at Dietburrp. yes, of course, getting healthy with all the medical condition you mentioned is very much possible. not to forget, you have brilliantly lost so much weight with a good diet plan already. so don’t worry, slowly but steadily, you will get there soon.

in your diet routine above make a few changes.

1] Early morning with cinnamon water, including 1 apple will help you in relieving acidity through the day.
2] from breakfast to evening is fine.
3] change dinner – you are having a high protein dinner. include some more fiber. like, eat more vegetables in your dinner. take salads and soups. eat papaya. non – veg food will be better consumed in lunch rather than for dinner. o avoid hyper acidity issues.
4] bedtime – include a glass of milk with 2 tsp isabgol. Isabgol will help you in all-round health benefit
5] stop taking cinnamon tea at bed time .

Hi Payal thanks for sharing another flavoured water recipe.
I have already read your article on infused water.
And this drink is so easy to make that there is no way that I am not going to try it.

yes it will help in reducing inflammation . you should try applying and massaging ghee on the inflammed area of back and the mucles , you will see a lot of relief in pain within 3-4 days .. this is tried and tested …

Hey Niharika , you can use the same fruits for that day , and at the end , just remove the edible parts and make a juice out of it.
