      Hi Nadeem,

this is the metabolic heat . you have a high ranging metabolism and hence this . the best way to control is eat cool things lie buttermilk , kokum , onion , curds in your diet . walk bare footed on grass for some time , this will help.

there is another home remedy , you might find it a little funny , apply heena / mehandi paste to your feet bottom , it absorbs a lot of heat and relives the symptoms . do it 2-3 times a week and see the benefit.

      Hi Sarah ,

your problem is hormonal . and no food can work on it unless your hormonal level is improve . taking medicines is a btter choice . gondh actually helps in clearing all th blood clots during periods by maintaining a flow of blood in your uterine system . this ma actually increase bleeding in some women , while no effects in some women.

Hence for you it is better avoided.

    Hi Payal,
    Im 13 +week pregnant now.
But when I was 11 week pregnant, I had heavy blood flow, during ultrasound my baby was okay and healthy, n after taking injection it almost stopped for a week.
But again on second week I had blood flow but this time it wasnt that heavy, n after 3rd of I started with brown blood.
Now I in my third week, still bleeding although light bleeding, bt its worrisome, I hav checkd with doctors, but they say to come for checkup again after a month.
Can u advice some home remedy which can cure my bleeding.
