• Another good home remedy is to apply a paste made from turmeric powder and mint juice. Wash the face after 30 minutes in lukewarm water.

• Mix some lemon juice in olive oil and apply it on acne scars. Wash it off with warm water after 15 to 20 minutes. This is effective in helping acne scars fade away.
• Apply mashed raw papaya pack on your skin , it reduces redness and inflammation of the acne, clearing up the acne.
• Mash 2-3 rinsed strawberries and add 2 tsp honey, apply this mixture on your face and keep it for 20 minutes. Wash away the pack and pat your face dry.
• Take a banana peel and rub it in a circular direction all over your face, be gentle on the affected areas. Let it be for 15 minutes and then wash your face.
• Rub natural aloe vera gel on your face. Let it sit for 20 minutes before you wash your face.

the reason behind pimple shpuld be marked an worked for .. for ex if it is due to pollution and dirt , washing face frequently will help if it is due todandruff, use anti dandruff shampoos and treat it . if it is due to wrong food correct food will help . i it is hoemonal , please see a doctor .

did you try using orange wala masoor dal ? use this powder with milk and cream instead of using soap , do it for 2-3 mionths and you will see much difference

I am a 26 yr old girl. I have been underweight my entire life, weight varies between 35-38kg and height is 4.11 – 5ft. My diet is normal infact I feel I eat more than others. Off lately I have increased the protein intake, one boiled egg in morning and a bowl of dal after dinner everyday apart from apple and banana for fruits. However I don’t find any difference in my weight.Also, since I have acne, I avoid going on high sugar or high fat, oily diet to gain weight.

if you appetite is good and if you are eating well , but still not gaining weight, the reason can be increased BMR. if your BMR is higher than normal , this tends to happen , i would suggest you to take a good 1-2 hour nap in the afternoon as well as take baths 2 times a day to keep it low.
