Hi …its really increase the breast size..
🙂
Hi….great article. However I am confused as to whether gond and gond katira are one and the same. There is a lot of confusion about this.
I bought gond crystals and soaked them in water. But instead of turning into crushed ice like jelly , they dissolved in water completely.
Some people say the shiny crystals which dissolve completely in water is gond and the dull crystals which don’t have a shine and become jelly like when soaked in water is gond katira
Are they both different?
Hi Priya ,
yes ou are right. both gondh and gondh katira are basically gums obtained from different trees. and hence their characteristics differ based on the tree that they are obtained from . Both gondh and gondh katira have high benefits on health. the basic difference between gondh and gondh katira is that gondh katira forms a jelly / gel when dissolved in water while gondh dissolves in water.
can gondh be taken if you want to reduce weight ?
Gondh will not help you in losing weight … is there any reason why you want to include it in your diet ?
I don’t want heavy breast. So should I stop to eat gond Katira.please reply.
