      yes , you can have lauki and besan chilla , or palak and carrot chilla , or 1 plain dosa , or 2 slices brown bread wala vbeg stuffed sandwich

      if you are leess than 10 kg overweight than 1200 calories should do . if you are more than 10 kgs overweight , than you need to have 1500 calorie diet for 2 weeks and then shift to 1200 calorie iet for further weight loss

    My weight is 101 kgs and height if 6 ft , i am doing gm diet as of now and lost 2.5kgs in first 2 days . I want to loose in total 25 kgs in 4 months so please advice action plans for the same .

    hi mam, i am 29 year old and my height is 5.1 .actually i am punjabi girl.. from past 6-8 months my weight increases from 43 to 55. i feel so bad because of obestey.i think my diet is good.
    8:30 in morning i eat allo/other parantha and curd or tea
    11:30 tea
    1:30 two wheat chapatti+ green veg+curd
    4.00 tea
    7.00pm 2 chapati+green veg
    i dont know why i am gaining wt. so please suggest me something

    Hello Payal Mam My Name IS Aashutosh My Hight is a 6 feet and weight is 94 kg i do gym and my diet is morning 2 rottis without oil with sabji mid morning sun feast ots biscuit lunch 4 rotis with vegetables in between 1 cup of black tea. in morning with breakfast 1 cup of black coffee with fat burning tablet. after at 6 o clock 1 black coffee with fat burning tablet after go to gym 1 and 1/2 hours workout in dinner 2 rottis with dal sabji and 1 cup of rice at 11 pm mix diet juice.

    juice recipe

    1/2 cup of almond milk
    1 tsp Cinnamon power
    1 tsp ginger smashed
    1/2 banana
    1 tsp smashed almond

    mix in mixture
    that juice take 1 time in night

    please suggest good diet for me for loosing 94 kg to 75 kg

    Hello Payal Maam,
    I am 39 years old women weighing 73 kegs.I was 77kgs in January but controlling diet and regular brisk walking for 45 min everyday I managed to reduce 4kgs in 6 months but now Iam finding difficult to reduce more.I take brown rice /wheat bran roti with dal veggies and curd for lunch and Dalia for dinner.
    Please suggest diet plan to reduce weight more faster

      Your body must have gotten used to the exercises and walking you do and now adjusts to whatever little calories you are intakingf. this happens in a lot of cases where despite of all efforts you dont lose a bit. breaking this plateau requires a lot of patience …. here is what you can do …….. exercise wise – stop doing what you are already doing for a week … and then you surprise your body with a new activity .. for ex – you have been walking all these days , so now change your activity to swimming / zumba dancing / skatting / gyming / playing badminton or lawn tennis … whatever suits you best. tai chi and kick boxing and pillates work excellently in such cases., i know its hard to find time and availabilty of such sports around you .. but if you want to get there .. you need to find harder !!

      Food wise – surprise your body yet agin by co nsuming food stuffs that you never did .. it changes your metabolic graph and hence makes you lose weight …. ex – if you have been eating wheat and rice as staples so far … dont eat them for an entire week , and consume other cereals like bajra , jowar , or ragi …. this funda has worked superbly with my clients .. you can try and see if it suits you too ..

      your diet is ok , but chnage the pattern to be able to lose weight . replace dinner with daliya and kichadi type snacky item and please let me know your workout as well as 45 mins workout will help in weight loss, but if you are not losing weight mean something is wrong somewhere

    I am 50 years my hight is 5.4″ and weight is 90 kg. h ihave hypo thyroid (its in control by medicin) as well as High bp ,highper acidity n knee problems also
    every day early morning i did yoga n meditation 7 days in a week,
    my diat is 1 glass look worm water with hony n lemon, after one n half our i taked 1 full cup off tea with one spoon suger with 3 khkara(dry chaptati) with 4 biscut

    10 am one cup skimed milk

    12 pm 3 roti without or less ghee with one bowl veg.

    2 pm 1 cup tea without suger

    4 pm 1 sessonal fruit with some drifruit like badam or walnut

    6-30pm i had my deaner 2 rice roti with one bowal veg.

    8 pm 1 glass mik without suger

    n yes 40minets walked in evening 5 days in a week
    but then also my weight not reduced

    pl pl sugesst me what to do.?
