Hi Sim , 27 is quite a young age to get incontinence . however , more than gondh katira , you should be following kegel exercises to get this issue under control . other wise , this will not treat well with other stuff . the most natural way to treat i is with kegel exercises , it will work the muscles and cells from your pelvic region along with your bladder , this will have better and faster result, do these for a week and see the change .

      Hi Richa ,

Not really . There is no scientific study that says Gondh will give you strong bones, some people use it as a home remedy for back ache , but that is inflammation related , it has nothing to do with strength of bone. It is a myth and a to my amusement a lot of articles are giving wrong information to the audience . Just to attract people. But i would suggest you , that before trusting any information available on the internet , you should always check the source of the information . the qualification of the writer .. or check twice before practically using anything.

Hi Rose , unfortunately , using gondh alone , will nt help you in weight loss . weight loss is all about managing your diet and exercises . and gondh / methis seeds and hot water lemon are all small bits of things that will help. so while you use ondh , dont forget to stick to a good diet regime and workout too.

hair fall is common due to hormonal changes when you stop breast feeding . so dont worry , just eat healthy and protein full diet . if the hair fall is more than normal , then you can meet an expert who can give you bioteen supplements .

      Hi Anu ,

ithis poor cycle due to any medical issue ? if you have not yet , then please see a doctor for it . this can be due to hormonal imbalances in the body which can be corrected only with medications . and the sooner these issue are diagnosed , the better it is for you.

you can take a mix of gondh and ajwain as a home remedy . , take some carrom seeds and coarsly grind in a mixer , then in a kadai , take 2-3 tsp ghee , add gondh and fry it , then reduce the amount of ghee , and take only 1 tsp ghee in the kadai, add powdered carrom seeds and roast for a min , then add fried gondh and add sugar to taste. et this evry morning or at bed time. till you get your chums.

He was very regular in exercising after the initial years of the angioplasty done but since the last two years hasn’t been very regular . He is taking blood thinners plus medicines for mainting cholesterol levels and blood pressure . Recently his pulse is around 95 to 98 at rest . My father in law suggested that he should take Katira ghoondh for it . Wanted to ask is it good for the heart and safe to take with his condition .

      Hi Sara ,

yes you can continue this . It is very important to follow ergonomics and correct posture to get rid of this problem . please check your office chair is designed ergonomically , if not , you can buy some ergonomic pillow and backrest to make it suitable for your use .

    Hi Payal

I am 32 years old and I have two problems.

One is, my period cycle continues up to 6 days. So is it advisable to take Katila?

Second is, can I also take katila to increase my breast size?

Is it advisable to take it even if I am suffering from both the problems?

    Thanks

      Hi Shrabanti ,

yes you can take gond katira for the problems you have mentioned . it should not increase the bleeding time further . i suggest you take it for 15 days and see the effects . if you feel that it changed your cycle then you can stop this . also taking methi seeds will help you in increasing breast size.

      Hi ,

yea it will help . fry some gondh and then take 1 glass water , let it bil , add this gond in the water and reduce the water quantoty to half then you can add lemon juice a littl sugar and drink this .

meanwhile for back ache , is it only after this or it generally pains after exercision ? you might consult a spine doctor to make sure the gaping and bones in your spine are well.

yes you can add , but in lesser quantity. you can add in more quantity during winter. the muscular ache , lethargy and back ache are suggestive of vit D deficiency . have you checked ? for thyroid check this – https://www.dietburrp.com/?s=thyroid

      Hi Zainab ,

more than gondh , there are other remedies that will help you better in your white discharge .
1] have cranberries , in form of dried , or juice.
2] you can have a jeera water concoction
3] boil fenugreek seeds in 1 liter water and drink this through the day .
      4] lady finger slurry .

i am writing a detailed blog on this and will be posting it here soon .
