I drink lemon water as soon as I wake up, ragi Java after some time and then do resistance training. After that I take idli with coconut chutney. In the afternoon I take plain home made curries with ghee , two boiled eggs, curd, all these without rice, in the evening 2 fruits, and night same as lunch, but less quantity. I will advice you that first lose the weight and then plan to conceive . see what happes is , when you try to lose weight , you follow vigorous workout and a low calorie diet . Low calorie diets also have restricted nutrition . and both these conditions are not really good whicle you also parallely plabn to conceive , if you conceive at this level , there are chances you will go into a lot of nutritional deficiency and the fetus qill get affected too. so best is , you take 2 months off your planning , lose enough weight in these 2 months by doing every thing possible to lose weight . then take 1 month to eat healthy food as mentioned here -
