In this way, you can follow a high-calorie diet for a time period of 2 weeks and then again go back to following a 900 calorie diet for 2 weeks. It is important to know that this diet plan can give you amazing results if you focus on following it intermittently since your body gets sufficient time to flush out harmful toxins from your body. It can prevent your body’s metabolism from plateauing. So, begin with this diet plan today and say hello to a healthy lifestyle!

    Hello ma’am…
My age is 36 yrs. Height 5’1 and weight 65.5 kgs. I have pear shaped body, wide hips, thick thighs, calves. I very much want to reduce my weight to 50-55 kgs. I do not have any health complication. Can i try this out? How much ever i reduce eating or do exercise, my weight doesn’t go down. The little I eat counts a lot and my weight just spikes up.
I do zumba, yoga, intermittent fasting. Now i started to think that even my body counts water also as calories and keeping up the weight.
Suggest some meal plan for me and the exercises am supposed to continue.

      Hi Cheryl

1] the secret lies in consistency. If you follow a regime continously for 60 – 70 days , without worrying about the results , you will be surprised as to where it will take you.
2] the workouts you mentioned are intense and should work well. However , a 900 calorie diet plan is not compliant to provide you enough strength for this kind of workout. Instead just choose our low carb diet plan. and follow that for best results.
3] dont measure success by scale and numbers on the machine. Take your body measurements. They are the best indicators.

Your body must have gotten used to the exercises and walking you do and now adjusts to whatever little calories you are intaking. this happens in a lot of cases where despite all efforts you don’t lose a bit. breaking this plateau requires a lot of patience …. here is what you can do …….. exercise wise – stop doing what you are already doing for a week … and then you surprise your body with a new activity ..
for ex – you have been walking all these days, so now change your activity to swimming / Zumba dancing/skating/ gyming / playing badminton or lawn tennis … whatever suits you best. tai chi and kickboxing and pilates work excellently in such cases., I know it’s hard to find time and availability of such sports around you .. but if you want to get there .. you need to find harder !!

Diet wise – Change your food pattern and eating timings. for ex . you can change the type of food you eat. if you were eating rotis , you can now change that , and introduce millets , sprouts and rice in your meals , and vice versa . change from eating wheat roti to bajra , jowar etc … this way the body will take time to adjust to the new routine and will start losing weight again.
