The raw taste of salads can really get boring at times. But when you have a health goal to achieve, nothing must come in the way. Here is my way of breaking the monotony of the same old salad every day. A simple salad with cheese dressing.

A simple salad with cheese dressing : –
Ingredients – (Makes 2-3 servings )
– Cucumber – 1 small
– Baby tomatoes – 3-4 medium size.
-Spring onion stalk (1/4th cup, chopped)
– Beans boiled – 4-5
– Cheese cube – 1
– Chaat masala, salt to taste
– Lemon juice / Apple cider vinegar (1 tsp for dressing)
Mix all the above-mentioned ingredients and grate cheese on top. Enjoy the salad with the savory flavor of cheese!
