Wanted to clarify if salt can be consumed during GM diet.
And on Day 5,6, one can eat a combination of protein rich food and not just Brown rice and tomatoes? Salt to be added to all this or shd be avoided for better results?

      Hi ,

GM diet is very crash diet and exerting so much while on this ddiet is really not recommended , you can even bnlack out and fall unconscious. so best is avoid gm and rather go on a 1200 / 1400 calorie diet plan for weight loss while working out to spend the mentioned calorie
