    I am typical Maharashtrian , working in IT industry so in a day i almost sitting for 10-12 hours. I am 25 yrs old, My height is 5.3 and my current weight is 65. My waist line is 34.     I want to reduce 8 kgs within two months.

    I am working in shift duty. my working location on control room seating job.

    Two glass of lukewarm water everyday morning while i am weakup.

    1 mug of Milk with less sugar and several day little nasta with Milk.

    Three chappatis sabji, cup rice n dal while lunch & dinner.

    Can u please suggest me a proper diet to reduce my weight n proper exercise to reduce belly fat.Waiting for ur needful reply!!

    Hello there, i have been working out for 90mins in gym since last one month, initial 20mins is cardio such as treadmill or elliptical machine, then the remaining is weight training.     I cycle daily for 30-40mins.

    Hello Mam,
    I am Runali; Age – 32, height – 5ft 2 inches
    I do morning exercise everyday one and half hour and follow below mentioned diet. But I am not able to reduce lower body(specially stomach and hips) . Also if you can suggest me an alternate diet in-case if I skip in between a day or so because of eating out in parties than how can i compensate next day.Please see my current diet plan below and suggest
    me any changes it will helpful for reduce my weight

    At 8.00 : tea and poha,upama
    At 10.30 : fruit which available
    At 12.45-1pm :
    2 chapati
    1 small cup salad
    1 small cup sabji without potato
    1small cup daal

    * I don’t eat potato and rice
    At 3 pm :sandwich or chapati if i am hungry
    At5.30 pm : i do my exercise on ground (1 hour walking and 25 seat ups and warm up)
    At 7.3pm : biscuits
    At 9.30 pm: 2 chapati and 1 bowl subji 1 bowl dal
    Please suggest as i desperately want to look lean and fit.

      Hi ,

      For how long have you been following this schedule ? if it has been more than a month , you need to change the schedule. to reduce weight from lower abdomen and high and hips , you need to do jogging and running . walking is not enough. please read this article – https://www.dietburrp.com/burning-body-fat-for-weight-loss/

      your diet seems ok , but if you have been following the same schedule since long , you need to change the diet pattern as by now the body must have gotten used to it and hence you dont see any weight loss. the best way is to stop eating chapati at night , have daliya , khichadi , brown rice, oats instead of chapati.

    I am Amit. I am a diabetic,41 years of age. I am 5 ft 5 inches and weight 92 kgs.My BMI is 34.8.
    My BMR is 1900 calories. I am a Maharashtrian. My target weight is 67 kgs .

    In which city do you have clinic ?

    You have given a sample diet plan wherein protein content is very low. If a person weighing 90 kgs has to lose weight,he is supposed to take at least 90 g of protein. I stay in Mumbai.I am veg.Can you suggest some protein supplements in market with low calories. ? I am asking this because if we take high enough protein from whole foods,again the calories will increase. So I will not be able to lose weight.

    I have heard of protein shakes from Herbalife ? Are they safe ? They are expensive. What are other protein supplements with low calories ?

      sorry , i do not believe in herbalife products , or any meal replacement product for that matter. yes the protein valuse is low . but what we can do is design a [rotein specific diet that also helps you in losing weight. which is quiet possible . we do not post these diets online cause they are not to be followed blindly and we personalize the diets based on your specific rewuirement. in your case we would take all diabetic records .. sugar levels of the last 2-3 tests and accordingly plan a diet that helps you lose weight and provides adequate nutrition without any supplementation .     While this tasty menu achieves the goal of 1200 calories, 26 g of protein is not enough.
    At least 75 g should be targeted. Indian veg diets are very low in protein.

    hello,
    I am 22 years old, and 5’1″ ans i weigh 62 kg. i stay in wardha.
    My physician says i have chances of developing hypothyroidism. And has adviced me to loose weight.
    I stay in a hostel and i am a medico, so i dont really have the time and energy to exercise.
    I hate milk and upma, daliya aur poha. Fed up pf eating these things for any meals anymore.
    I need your help.
