      • Hi there. Can one be omega3 deficient? Been monitoring my omega 6 intake and whenever i consume more of it i experience fatigue problems and skin problems. I started consuming bobs red mill flaxseed meal 2 tbsp every morning with a glass of soymilk which gives me around 3000mg omega 3 according to the nutritional content mentioned in the packet. This resolved the issue but at times when i over consume the omega 6 i face similar issues. Should i take in more omega 3 to balance it?
