    Mam, I am 40 Years old,5’8” and weigh 72 Kgs.I want to do some cardio exercise along with this diet plan.But I can get time only in the evening .should I take dinner at &7:30/8 P.M. and do Brisk walikng and some pushups at 9 P.M.or viceversa? Please advice

    The diet tips is good at least it doesn’t starve the person who follows it. This is quite simple and easy to follow. I am into unhealthy snacking and nuts are a very good for snacks. I will definitely include them in my diet

      exercising 6 days a week will help you achieve your targets quickly . if for some reason you cannot workout for 2-3 days, its in , make sure you get back on track soon after that

    Thank you for your help! Few questions come to my mind. First, Can i eat two egg whites instead of two marie light biscuits because two egg are only 36 calories (and more filling) whereas biscuits are 56 cal. Second, is there any substitute for brown rice khichri? Will eating rice everyday make me fat? And it will be better if there are more options available. Again, Thank You!

      1] Yes you can replace biscuits with egg white .
      2] brown rice doesnt make you fat , it gives you the needed amount of carbs with lot of additional fiber . you can have broken wheat daliya , 2 small phulka without ghee with sabji and dal .

      Hi Komal , if you can use brown rice than nothing like it , if not use less amount of white rice and more of mung dal in the khichadi . dal is also allowed , 2 small phulka are allowed , all veggies other than potato and those cooked in more oil should be avaoided. you can interchange lunch and dinner

    I am 20 years old, weight is 73 kg and height is 5’7. i am a university going student. am also becoming a nutritionist doctor, but i am seeking a good nutritionist to help me out. i am healthy and i have bit extra abdominal fit which i want to reduce kindly tell me any exercise to reduce it like really slim or tell me any good diet plan which will make me smarter. i,ll be thankful to you. and yeah major problem is that my periods are so irregular am so much worried about that , sometimes it comes after a month and irregularity of periods is directly proportional to weight gain. am not under stress , even i leave fast food and i lessen amount of sugary stuff but i don’t know why periods got late :( suggest me a good diet or any desi tip that my irregularity becomes regular. i,ll be 100 and 10 times more thankful to you if you will help me out :)

      Being a nutrition student , you would already be knowing the dos and dots of food for weight loss. In my opinion it is important that you meet a gyneacologist first and sort out the reasons of late cycles . home remedies work , but they cannot cure a hormonal problem unless you have a thorough diagnosis. If at all you have pcod / pcos , the line of treatment will be completely different. meet a doctor and let me know so that i can help you accordingly

    I am 32 years, 5′ 1 ” female weighing 63 Kgs. I have an apple shaped body, want to lose atleast 8 Kgs especially from my arms and tummy.     I am a 29 year old female, height 5’7 and current weight 90 Kgs. I underwent a major CP angle brain surgery a few months back and have been gaining and losing weight irregularly since then. Please suggest me a diet plan which can help me lose weight and provide me nutrition to recover from the after effects of surgery(like facial palsy, dehydration, weakness).

    P.S. I cannot exercise as I’m not allowed to do activities which exert any pressure on my neck muscles. I walk daily and I’m on a semi solid diet.

      yes yoga i very good for weight loss. but in your case , you are only a few kgs above your ideal weight range , hence yoga will not help much . it will help you in stability , strength , flexibility and endurance . but for fat loss , you will have to do high intensity workouts like power yoga , pilate , aerobics , zumba , gym workout etc.

    I was overweight before few years. I lost weight also. But my thighs are very loose and saggy. What is the reason and how to tighten it??? I am 35 yr old.my weight is 56 kg

      you need work the leg muscles out .. go for walks , or do eliptical cycle workout they are best when it comes to toning the hamstrings and calf mucles

    Hi,

    Good Day to you.

    I need your help regarding the diet plan. I am weighted 83 Kg male and want to reduce to a healthier me. I have a good plan of exercise working around but has resulted into gains and bulky body. I swim for an hour which i learned recently and then an hour of cardio gym. I am practicing this routine weekly 5 days a week since a month and a half but still struggling with fats in my body.
    Please help me out.
